Recreated in 2010 by The Franklin Mint the Kennedy Half Dollar was re-struck in .997 silver nearly three inches in diameter. I sculpted the obverse portrait and the reverse eagle symbol area patterns.
The product's pattern sculpture
The recessed basin diameter is eight inches. It was an honor to recreate the fine work of master sculptor Gilroy Roberts. One of the best ways to learn is to copy the work of the masters to study how they solved the problems necessary to create a masterpiece.
